Emily Boatwright

Graduate Student Intern, Therapist

As a student therapist, I provide trauma-informed, relational therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in integrative approaches such as Internal Family Systems and emotionally focused therapy, helping clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns, while gently working with protective parts and emotional responses rather than pushing against them.

I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients can slow down, feel deeply seen, and explore their experiences without fear of judgment. I believe healing begins in safe relationships, so I prioritize trust, attunement, and emotional presence. Whether clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to help them make meaning of their stories while developing practical tools for daily life.

Outside of the therapy room, I value creativity and connection with my loved ones. You can find me out trying new restaurants, traveling to new locations, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Life events can be heavy and hard. I am available to help support you on your healing journey.
