Do you ever feel like you're drowning in society's expectations? Like no matter what you do, you're somehow falling short of some invisible standard that keeps shifting just out of reach? These pressures don't just bounce off us — they seep in. They show up as anxiety before decisions that should feel simple. As the fatigue of being someone you don't fully recognize.
My own journey with therapy started young, with pauses along the way, yet I always found myself returning. Each time, I poured out the swirling thoughts and emotions running wild in my head and was consistently met with safety and support. It's this same sense of understanding and encouragement that I'm overjoyed to offer you.
We live in a world that is inherently flawed, and the weight of its challenges can often leave us feeling hopeless and frustrated. That's where therapy comes in — not to hand you a roadmap or tell you who to be, but to create space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and start finding your own way through. My approach is person-centered, drawing on existentialism, attachment theory, and feminist frameworks, informed by years of experience with vulnerable populations and Trauma-Informed Care. I focus less on fixing and more on understanding — creating space to explore all of who you are.
Whatever you're carrying, there's room for it here. I welcome people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. You don't have to have it figured out before you reach out. Just bring yourself, and we'll navigate it together.
I use she/they pronouns. Outside of the office, I love making art with friends, sourcing vintage, listening to true crime, and reading. I also bring my Boston Terrier, Bubba, pretty much everywhere — you may even meet him in a session.
