Becca Jones, MA, LPC, LMHC

Co-Founder, Therapist & Clinical Supervisor

I think life is hard but it’s even harder when we travel alone. I believe there are no bad parts to us, we just get caught in cycles of trying to survive.

I graduated from George Fox in 2015 with a degree in Marriage, Couple & Family therapy. I am a licensed counselor, supervisor, counselor educator. I have been working in community mental health since 2009. When working with individuals, I use Internal Family Systems and EMDR to help understand the ways you've coped with life and help you find new ways to reconnect with yourself and be your truest self.

Helping couples reconnect to themselves and one another in vulnerability and care, especially those caught in the cycle of conflict, is a passion of mine. I also enjoy working with individuals who have anxiety, who might feel disconnected from their hearts or their bodies, and those who are healing from trauma. If you're feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, if you find that you aren't very nice to yourself, or if you're wanting to do things differently this time, I'm your gal. I often find that there is the need for some outside perspective, a gentle observer, to help see things differently and unlock other possibilities. I would be honored to do that with you.

I believe therapy is more about creating space than creating change. We already have what we need, we just need a safe space to access that in new ways. I care deeply about social justice, about the field of counseling and about living in a world that is less violent towards one another and ourselves.

I use pronouns she/her. I am a mom. I am a married person. Outside of work, I enjoy reading fiction, watching Blazer games, building my record collection, thrift shopping, and traveling with my family.
