Bailey Becker
Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
I work with clients asking the question, "Who am I now?"
Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, questioning your identity, recovering from a painful betrayal, or feeling stuck between who you've been and who you're becoming. You might look okay on the outside while privately battling self-doubt, perfectionism, loneliness, or the feeling that everyone else seems to have life figured out.
Therapy works best when you feel supported enough to take risks. My role is to provide a steady foundation while helping you challenge old narratives, experiment with new ways of relating, and face shame head-on. I'll be your spotter as we explore the parts of yourself that feel uncertain, messy, or difficult to talk about. Life is full of taboos—the doubts, the drama, the "I-probably-shouldn't-say-this" thoughts. In my office, nothing is too weird or too heavy, and we'll sort through it together.
I have a special interest in working with young adults, particularly those navigating infidelity, relationship distress, burnout, and the challenges of launching into adulthood. My therapeutic approach relies primarily on Emotionally Focused Therapy principles as well as elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
If you're looking for a therapist who is genuine, engaged, and willing to help you challenge the patterns that keep you stuck, I'd love to connect.
I use she/her pronouns. When I'm not in the office, you can find me cuddling my sweet corgi, weightlifting, or watching horror movies.
